Fixed Fees FAQs
What Are Fixed Fees?
A fixed fee is an agreed-upon, one-time payment for a specific legal service. With fixed fees, you don’t have to worry about hourly rates or escalating costs. You’ll know the exact price before we begin working on your case, ensuring complete transparency.
Why Choose Fixed Fees?
- Clear & Upfront Pricing: You’ll always know exactly how much you pay. There are no surprises and no hourly billing.
- Budget-Friendly: Fixed fees make it easier to manage your legal costs, allowing you to plan without worrying about escalating charges.
- Expert Legal Representation: You’ll receive expert legal services from experienced criminal lawyers committed to achieving the best possible outcome for your case.
- Transparency: We provide a detailed breakdown of what’s included in your fixed fee so there are no misunderstandings. If additional work is needed, we’ll discuss it with you first.
How Our Fixed Fee Process Works
- Initial Consultation: Contact us to book an initial consultation with one of our experienced criminal lawyers. We’ll discuss your case, assess its complexity, and explain how we can assist you.
- Fixed Fee Quote: After understanding your matter, we’ll provide you with a precise fixed-fee quote for your specific legal needs.
- Agreement: Once you accept the fixed-fee quote, we’ll provide a written agreement outlining the services to be provided so you can be sure of the costs involved.
- No Hidden Costs: The quoted price is all-inclusive. We believe in clear communication, so there will be no surprises or unexpected charges unless you request additional services beyond the original agreement.
