Saba Rezae is our Principal Lawyer and founder of Rezae & Co Lawyers who has practised exclusively in criminal and traffic law for several years. His exceptional results and ability to provide legal service at the highest standard saw him head-hunted by the largest specialist criminal law firms in NSW and was quickly promoted to Senior Lawyer before establishing his own practice.
Mr Rezae is well recognised by judges, magistrates, prosecutors and other lawyers as a fierce and confident advocate who is always well-prepared and ready to fight for his clients.
He has appeared in courts and tribunals throughout Australia in a wide range of cases, from AVOs, common assaults, larceny and drug possession cases to trials for aggravated robbery, commercial drug importation and supply, aggravated sexual assault, causing grievous bodily harm with intent, and more.
Mr Rezae is passionate about achieving exceptional results for his clients, whose interests are well served by his ability to develop effective case strategies, ascertain deficiencies in prosecution evidence and fight to have charges withdrawn, downgraded or thrown out of court.
